"I could not have done this wedding without Kaci and the Simple Soiree team. I procrastinated a lot when it came to planning, especially since my husband was on deployment. They gave me amazing recommendations for my other vendors and answered all questions that I had. They asked so many questions to the venue and the other vendors that I wouldn't even have thought of either. The day of the wedding was also amazing. Kaci made sure that nothing stressed me out, even when part of the wedding was delayed. She made me assured that everything was going to be okay. She also made sure I was eating throughout the day too, which I heard a lot of people don't really get to do. She also made sure no one derailed the plans, even when my parents had other ideas haha, and made sure everything went the way I had dreamed it would be. There were so many times I would get stressed out during the planning process and Simple Soiree made me feel better about all of it. At the beginning of my planning, I had spoke with 4 or 5 different wedding planners. I spoke to Kaci and she listened to how I wanted the wedding to go, and in that same consultation call, she went through the wedding step by step. Other planners said about the same things, but Kaci proved that she knew how to execute it. My other vendors even got back to me after the wedding and said Kaci did amazing. They said they have encountered many other planners who were rude, but Kaci was strong and impactful while also being respectful. If there is a hiccup, Kaci was there to take care of it. "We had our wedding at Excelsior in downtown Lancaster, and during the initial booking we found out we were require to hire a day of coordinator. Initially, we were skeptical of the need for this, but Brei and Simple Soiree were the absolute best and I cannot recommend them enough. From the very beginning, Brei was extremely helpful for us, answering literally any question we had (sometimes within the hour) and just overall helping our day become so incredibly seamless. Leading up the wedding, Brei helped us with anything and everything and consistently made our lives so much easier. We were so incredibly appreciative of all of the work she did leading up to the wedding, but then through the rehearsal and day of, we were even more impressed with how attentive Brei (and Pam!) were. Anytime we needed something, Brei normally either beat us to the punch with a solution or solved the problem right away. She kept guests, the bridal party, and us on schedule and just throughout the whole night made sure everything was perfect and it absolutely was! Then, Brei and Pam also made sure that the pack up at the end of the night went smoothly, and we didn’t have to worry about anything. I cannot speak highly enough of Brei and Simple Soiree.
