~ We follow up with all of your contracted vendors 1-2 weeks before your wedding to ensure everyone has the same timeline and to confirm their arrival times.
~ 1 Visit to both ceremony and reception sites prior to wedding with your Lead Wedding Coordinator to ensure your wedding runs smoothly.
~ Your Lead Wedding Coordinator will attend and coordinate your rehearsal (up to 1 hour).
~ This package includes travel to and from the Final Meeting, rehearsal and on wedding day.
~ 1 Visit to both ceremony and reception sites prior to wedding with your Lead Wedding Coordinator to ensure your wedding runs smoothly.
~ Your Lead Wedding Coordinator will attend and coordinate your rehearsal (up to 1 hour).
~ This package includes travel to and from the Final Meeting, rehearsal and on wedding day.
