First thing's first! - Let's discuss your vision and budget. When planning an event it's so important to have a budget in mind. The vision we will discuss isn't just about the decor and color scheme. It's about the art of gathering, what you want your guests to remember, what you want to remember for a life time and what emotions you want to be the focus during the celebration.
Do we need to have a rehearsal? - Yes, and we will be there! We attend the rehearsal so everyone knows where they are going and what their role is on wedding day. We collect all of your ceremony and reception items before rehearsal starts, so you can relax and not worry about bringing items the morning of the wedding.
Who goes where and when? - We will help you create the timeline for the entire event in detail, so everything runs smooth and on time. We offer our advise and help you customize the day so it's unique to you. Simple Soiree will be there at the final walk-through with your venue about a month before the wedding to ensure everyone is on the same page. On wedding day we will be there to line everyone up for the ceremony, help seat your guests, que everyone (including vendors! We want music, right?!) and make sure the smallest of details aren't missed (like the flower girl's basket before she walks down the aisle! Don't forget the rings! We got it!).
Where and when do my vendors set up? - Simple Soiree will connect with all of your vendors 1-2 weeks before the wedding to finalize arrival/set up times and locations. We will be their main contact on wedding day, so you can enjoy the day and avoid any last minute phone calls and questions.
Who will set up and clean up all of my decor? - Simple Soiree will arrive 2-3 hours before your guests arrive to set up all of the decor and complete the finishing touches. At the end of the night we will clean up all decor items that are being returned to you and place them at a designated location, so you are free to leave and continue the celebration!
How will I know if we are on time? - We will not stop watching the clock to keep everyone on schedule. We will be queuing and orchestrating all of your guests and vendors; when it's time to walk, line up to be introduced, when it's time for photos, toasts, music and let's not forget when it's time to bustle the dress.
How will my guests get home that night? - Let us help! We can help coordinate transportation with your hotel, refer you to professional company and even call an Uber/taxi for your guests at the end of the night.
